In the present we do not have a physical store.
In the future we plan to open one, where you can enjoy our delicious muffins in a nice & friendly environment.

It means that they don't contain any animal product whatsover. They are dairy-free, egg-free muffins.

When making them we try to buy locally and organically as much as possible, but we are not 100% organic.

Yes, but the muffins contain raw cane sugar, which is a healthier substitute to refined white sugar.

Still, we try to minimize as much as possible the amount needed for making our muffins. At the same time, we are using organic syrup's too. Also, we are working continuously at healthier alternatives.

Here are the better characteristics of raw sugar

• The biggest difference is the content of molasses, a product rich in vitamins and minerals, including calcium, iron, potassium and magnesium, obtained by processing sugar cane. The more refined the sugar, such as white sugar, the less molasses it contains. The color brown of  raw sugar is precisely due to the presence of molasses. Therefore, the darker the sugar, the healthier it is.

The boxes are made out of  uncoated cardboards with windows made of PLA (bioplastic polylactic acid, which is produced from vegetable starch), that are biodegradable and a more environmentally friendly alternative to petroleum-based plastics.
